📋 Description

• Apply statistical, epidemiological, and/or econometric expertise to research and client deliverables • Collaborate with programmers, statisticians, and researchers to analyze large US healthcare datasets, including patient or claims data • Create client-ready presentations and reports that communicate clear, engaging stories • Contribute to scientific publications, conference materials, and thought leadership • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes • Manage multiple project workstreams, including budgets, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication • Lead and contribute to client meetings, presenting deliverables and shaping next steps • Support day-to-day client engagement and manage expectations • Support business development through proposals, scopes of work, and account growth opportunities • Guide and mentor junior team members • Develop subject matter expertise and serve as a trusted internal and external resource • Stay current with US healthcare trends • Manage and conduct RWE and HEOR studies • Develop study protocols, technical reports, statistical analysis plans, manuscripts, and abstracts • Interpret quantitative and qualitative study results and communicate them in lay English • Provide consultation, evidence, and insights on patient-centric HEOR, US RWE studies, data optimization, quality, shared decision-making, value-based care, and health equity • Develop data-driven strategies and support patient-centric outcomes for life sciences companies, payers, providers, and patient advocates

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree (MA/MS or PhD) in a relevant field such as epidemiology, health economics, public health, statistics, or similar • Minimum 4 years’ consulting, healthcare, or pharmaceutical/device industry work experience • Strong analytical skills with experience working with US healthcare data; claims or EHR data highly valued • Experience in HEOR and/or RWE, particularly observational studies and secondary data sources such as claims, EHR, real-world data, or other observational datasets • Experience managing HEOR/RWE studies and engaging directly with clients highly valued • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines • Confidence working in cross-functional teams • Proactive, curious approach with a passion for improving healthcare outcomes • Experience within a life sciences, healthcare, or strategy consulting environment highly desirable • Experience presenting research results at scientific conferences and/or peer-reviewed publications preferred
