📋 Description

• Inform and execute HRSP strategy aligned with U.S.-specific business priorities across sites and business segments • Partner with global HRBPs and COEs to deliver business objectives within the region • Serve as the regional HR expert across the United States • Provide strategic advice and guidance on HR processes and policies affecting business units • Develop strategy for union relationships and labor engagement within the U.S. • Implement standardized employee-relations discipline and processes across the country • Lead centralized conflict-resolution, grievance-handling, and disciplinary-action processes • Handle escalated employee-relations investigations and ensure timely resolution • Serve as subject matter expert for U.S. HR policies and regulations • Communicate new policy implementation and change-management requirements to site HRBPs • Lead HR due diligence and integration or divestiture efforts for U.S. M&A activity • Support special projects and enterprise-wide HR initiatives • Monitor and improve HR service-delivery metrics and operational efficiency • Drive change-management initiatives supporting business transformation and growth • Design metrics and analytics frameworks to measure program effectiveness and impact • Address complex HR challenges in a fast-paced, evolving, highly regulated environment • Adapt HR strategies to business needs in response to market shifts and challenges

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior HR business partner role • Experience developing and implementing HR strategies, processes, and/or policies in a global context • Proficiency in data analytics and tools, including advanced Excel capabilities • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with ability to manage ambiguity and navigate complex business challenges • Ability to lead through influence and drive results in matrix organizations • Experience managing complex employee-relations issues and organizational changes
