📋 Description

• Develop short-term and long-term communications work plans for internal communications throughout project stages and to facilitate change adoption. • Create, edit, and approve action plans, messages, and materials including job aids, training guides, and presentations. • Work with stakeholders to resolve change-related scheduling conflicts and ensure participation. • Assist in coordinating and controlling large and complex projects and initiatives. • Use multiple communication channels to communicate organizational change effectively. • Assist with project coordination duties. • Work closely with Technology and Operations leaders, key business stakeholders, and People Services business partners to drive adoption, utilization, and proficiency of organizational changes. • May require some travel.

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must be located in California. • Bilingual (oral, written) English/Spanish. • High School Diploma and Equivalent. • Two (2) years of professional experience in print OR media, marketing or two (2) years of other relevant professional experience. • Able to present ideas to a large group. • Demonstrated effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to interact with large groups and individuals at all work levels. • Demonstrated sensitivity to, and desire to promote, diversity. • Commitment to customer service and appropriate flexibility in response to issues and opposing points of view. • Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English. • Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling of 25 pounds. • Prolonged sitting, walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, and twisting. • Must be able to sit and climb stairs. • Must have visual and hearing acuity. • Must have strong sense of smell and touch. • Reliable high-speed internet connection using an Ethernet cable to support video conferencing, system access, and daily communication. • Employees must comply with applicable health-related requirements, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to applicable exemptions.
