📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day cohort experience for financial professionals entering Mariner Academy certification tracks • Oversee end-to-end scheduling, attendance tracking, and reporting for assigned cohorts • Maintain accurate data and reporting on assessment scores and certification progress for Track 1 advisors • Coordinate logistics and scheduling with internal Mariner Academy teams and external course instructors • Design and monitor targeted development plans for advisors who do not meet minimum competency metrics • Facilitate monthly cohort meetings and foster psychological safety, peer connection, and engagement • Partner with instructors to keep training content current, relevant, and aligned with business needs • Embed Mariner Academy values and client-centered communication practices in cohort facilitation • Apply adult learning theory to virtual cohort learning experiences • Collaborate across Mariner Academy to align timelines, standards, and best practices across certification tracks • Monitor and escalate at-risk advisors and coordinate remediation support • Ensure compliance with attendance and assessment standards for certification progression • Lead continuous improvement using advisor feedback and outcome data

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience • Proven experience managing groups, cohorts, or teams in training, coaching, or professional development settings • Strong organizational, data-tracking, and reporting skills • Experience facilitating virtual training using adult learning theory techniques (preferred) • Familiarity with evidence-based communication strategies, such as Motivational Interviewing, and willingness to achieve MI proficiency within the first year (preferred) • Background in finance or experience training business or leadership professionals (preferred) • Training and experience in Instructional Design (preferred) • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must be at least 18 years old
