📋 Description

• Manage 40-50 inbound calls per day with compassion and empathy • Serve as the first point of contact for patients seeking information and asking questions regarding their services and orders • Properly represent Aveanna and its values • Perform accurate data entry tasks daily and in a timely manner • Work toward daily and monthly metric and KPI goals • Participate in virtual meetings • Complete tailored, role-based training to navigate the healthcare landscape

🎯 Requirements

• Professional phone etiquette in order to de-escalate worried or upset patients on a daily basis • Organized and self sufficient to accurately complete data entry tasks daily and in a timely manner • Comfortable working towards daily and monthly metric and KPI goals • Confidence in your ability to learn new computer programs and software • Ability to maintain a quiet, dedicated workspace that is free of background noise and ongoing distractions • Ability to participate in virtual meetings with a professional, camera-ready presence • Ability to demonstrate strong time-management skills, as well as accountability and self-direction • Must be able to operate off reliable, high-speed internet • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call center environment • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in the medical industry/familiarity with medical terminology (preferably with DME and Home Healthcare) • Experience or familiarity with respiratory equipment and respiratory-related patient support preferred • High-school diploma or GED
