📋 Description

• Oversee Avertium’s 24x7 Cyber Fusion Center. • Manage stakeholder relationships and foster positive client connections. • Act as an escalation point for client concerns. • Manage the Cyber Fusion Center, service transition, and operational support. • Work directly with clients to build and deliver world-class security services. • Provide security expertise and thought leadership to clients and internal teams. • Lead the 24x7 delivery team of SOC Analysts within Avertium’s Cyber Fusion Center in the US and Mexico. • Streamline processes to align with and exceed customer expectations. • Manage Cyber Fusion Center KPI metrics and deliver analyzed reports to leadership. • Use metrics to drive decisions that enhance organizational capabilities and efficiency. • Provide specialized support for customer management issues, security incidents, and ticket prioritization. • Lead, organize, and train other “Elements” in managing security incidents and client escalations. • Foster collaboration across Sales, Service Delivery, Engineering, and Professional Services teams. • Collaborate with recruitment to maintain a strong talent pipeline.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant degree and/or equivalent work experience in a related field required. • 5+ years leading customer service-oriented, multi-national teams. • 5+ years professional experience working in a Managed Security Services Provider. • Relevant certifications such as Security +, Network + and CISSP preferred. • Effective problem-solving skills, eagerness to lead, and ability to excel in demanding environments. • In-depth understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices. • Experience with SIEM technology, such as MS Sentinel, AlienVault and LogRhythm. • Experience within Microsoft Security Solutions preferred. • Experience with security tools and technologies, such as IDS/IPS, DLP, and endpoint protection. • Practical knowledge of industry adopted frameworks and methodologies (MITRE ATT&CK, CIS, NIST, ISO, PCI-DSS, etc.). • Experience with Linux and Windows in virtual environments. • Experience with report writing and creating other relevant documentation. • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS). • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
