📋 Description

• Develop and execute integrated strategy projects for a specific brand or strategic focus area within a multi-brand consumer healthcare enterprise • Translate strategic direction into inspirational insights, Catalyzing Ideas, and briefs • Build strategic rationales explaining what is being done, why it matters, and how it moves the business • Develop brand worlds that articulate character, conviction, and specificity • Help creative and media teams connect their work into a coherent whole • Identify where ideas reach the right audiences and how they appear across paid media, owned channels, social platforms, and influencer partnerships • Research and surface audience signals informing when and where strategy becomes relevant • Understand signal stacking and how audience signals cluster • Work with creative, media, social, and influencer partners across touchpoints • Brief brand partners and internal stakeholders on strategy • Engage senior team members to gather input and ensure enterprise alignment • Mentor junior strategists and support team leadership • Help monitor how strategy translates in market and gather feedback • Support measurement of whether the strategic system is working • Contribute insights on idea propagation and signal clustering

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10 years of strategy experience • Demonstrated fluency in both creative strategy and media strategy • Proven ability to develop and communicate breakthrough strategic thinking • Track record working on consumer or B2C brands in complex strategic environments • Experience working across creative and media functions • Comfort engaging with senior stakeholders in strategic conversations • Understanding of how ideas propagate and land in culture • Ability to hold multiple perspectives, audiences, and signals in mind simultaneously • Comfort moving between strategic thinking and tactical execution • Understanding of signal stacking • Strong communication skills • Ability to contribute ideas within a broader strategic framework • Ability to mentor and develop other strategists • Experience with social media platforms and/or influencer partnerships is a plus
