📋 Description

• Educate potential patients and family members about the Pulmonary Rehab program, answer questions, emphasize benefits and features, handle objections, and enroll patients • Help patients navigate the program app and/or website and resolve technical issues • Make outbound calls and promptly respond to inbound calls • Assess patient eligibility using provided documentation and address inquiries and concerns • Record and maintain accurate patient information and call notes, including insurance, provider, and clinical updates • Achieve weekly productivity targets • Follow up promptly with interested patients and provide excellent customer service • Stay informed about developments in cardiac rehabilitation and attend training sessions • Send educational materials through email and other communication channels • Communicate insurance and other information to relevant parties • Report to the Head of Clinical Operations within the Clinical Operations team

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment • Experience working in a quota-driven environment • Experience engaging with customers/patients in a sales capacity • Experience with outbound calling • High EQ/IQ when navigating different types of situations • Experience leveraging technology in a professional setting • Prior healthcare experience is nice to have but not required • United States location • Availability for Mon–Fri, 10am–6pm ET or 11am–7pm ET • 1099 contractor position
