• Lead and develop a team of 4–5 sales professionals • Drive performance through coaching, accountability, and strategic direction • Engage customers at all levels of the organization • Build strong stakeholder relationships • Coach and model customer-centric selling • Identify opportunities and solve complex customer challenges • Deliver solutions that create value for both customer and Avient • Operate with a high degree of independence and influence stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field required • 7+ years of progressive sales experience, including leadership responsibilities
