• Review contract terms and conditions across T&M, FFP, FFP LOE, CPFF, and CPIF contracts, ensuring compliance with financial clauses and contractual requirements • Maintain time-phased cost/schedule baselines, enforce change control, monitor status and availability, and ensure work authorization • Prepare manpower and non-labor forecasts and assist with resource planning • Forecast, monitor, and update program revenue • Identify resource gaps and work with business leadership to address them • Assess contract performance and initiate corrective action to ensure compliance • Coordinate customer-focused services with Government Contracting Officers, CORs, COTRs, AV project managers, and subcontractor project managers • Monitor functional manager performance and required reports, including CDRLs, and resolve performance issues • Advise project managers, CAMs, and senior technical personnel on Earned Value Management procedures • Assist management with program setup, planning, and control, including tailored EVMS • Monitor performance and provide variance analysis and project visibility across contracts of varying types, sizes, complexity, and risk • Monitor contract value and CLINs for cost collection, reporting, and funding status • Develop standard and ad hoc reports with timely, accurate status information and recommendations • Produce and validate IPMRs and similar customer and program-management status reports • Track subcontract costs and schedules, material receipts, open commitments, and termination liability • Use MS Office Suite, Cobra, Unanet, SharePoint, and other applications • Track and report material purchases, cost of goods sold, and revenue for commercial products and product lines • Complete other assigned duties • Achieve 30-, 60-, and 90-day performance milestones, progressing to semi-autonomous delivery of quality, timely work
• Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of related project control experience, or master’s degree and 3 years of project control experience • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, Cobra, and Unanet • Ability to work effectively as a team member in a fast-paced environment with limited direction • Excellent oral and written communication skills • U.S. citizen with current/existing Secret security clearance • Ability to effectively interface with internal and external customers at all levels • Excellent problem-solving skills • Customer-centric mindset and ability to translate customer issues and needs into profitable business solutions • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance • Must qualify as a U.S. person under ITAR/EAR requirements or be eligible for an export license • Must be willing to work on government contracts • ITAR U.S. Citizenship required
