📋 Description

• Serve as the technical lead and primary escalation point for the Security Operations Center • Direct major incident response activities and make critical severity and escalation decisions • Lead incident investigations from initial triage through containment, remediation, and root cause analysis • Mentor analysts and incident responders • Coordinate with enterprise security, threat intelligence, and other technical teams during multi-team security incidents • Identify operational gaps, process improvements, and coverage risks • Provide recommendations to strengthen security operations and incident response capabilities • Use SIEM, EDR, and case management platforms to manage investigations, support threat detection, and maintain efficient security operations

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in incident response or security operations, including leading complex security investigations and acting as a technical decision-maker during live incidents • Experience with SIEM, EDR, and security case management tools • Strong expertise in incident triage, escalation, and response coordination • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills • Available to start within 1 to 2 weeks • Shift times and schedules are subject to change based on operational needs
