β’ The Manager Venue Sales Support plays a critical operational role within Venue Sales β’ Ensuring seamless day-to-day administrative functions that directly support revenue-generating efforts β’ Managing systems, data, pricing tools, sales communications, and incentive processes β’ Coordinating cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, HR, and Technology β’ Administering AV/Tech package pricing updates and supporting e-commerce portal maintenance β’ Building and maintaining templates for the Venue Sales team and preparing sales communications
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills β’ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously β’ Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy β’ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Advanced Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) β’ Comfortable working within CRM platforms; HubSpot experience preferred β’ Experience with project management tools; ClickUp experience preferred β’ Ability to work cross-functionally and build effective relationships with field and corporate teams
