📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementations from kickoff through go-live, including project management, stakeholder communication, and client accountability • Gather and document client business requirements and translate them into technical specifications • Configure and iterate on prompting and workflows to improve call handling quality, conversion rates, and revenue impact • Partner with Product and Engineering on new features, implementation playbooks, and scalable success frameworks • Design and deliver tailored product training and education • Lead configuration QA, client testing coordination, issue triage, and resolution • Coordinate go-live activities, monitor production volume, and transition clients to post-launch teams • Advocate for product improvements for implementation clients • Manage multiple implementations simultaneously while partnering with CS, Sales, Product, and Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years working at B2B startups in software implementation, technical account management, solutions architecture, or technical customer success, or more than 4 years of overall experience • Fluency with APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns, including reading and discussing payloads, auth models, and error handling • Experience configuring prompting, workflow logic, and system integrations in AI, SaaS, or enterprise software contexts • Strong project management skills managing multiple concurrent software delivery projects for B2B clients • Clear, direct communication with technical and non-technical audiences • Self-motivated and comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-growth environments • Track record of owning processes end-to-end • Flexibility to travel to client sites • Required to answer whether visa sponsorship is needed to work in the United States
