📋 Description

• Develop Loomis’ SafePoint product and solution configuration • Manage onboarding and implementation processes for specified clients’ implementations • Report to the Implementation Specialist Manager • Manage SafePoint logistics, equipment inventory coordination, vendor ordering, and planning alignment • Own end-to-end implementation, resource scheduling, stakeholder communication, implementation process maintenance, installation, implementation, and training • Study and understand the product offering and implementation project plan; become a Subject Matter Expert on SafePoint and its applications and permutations • Drive continuous improvement, process efficiency, and internal and external customer satisfaction • Apply project management skills to deliver comprehensive and problem-free solution implementations • Use communication and influence management techniques to motivate co-workers, clients, and end-user customers • Coordinate equipment allocation, shipment timing, delivery tracking, installation readiness, and inventory availability • Work with Planning, Operations, Vendors, and service partners to forecast deployment needs and align ordering schedules with client implementation dates • Monitor purchase requests, order status, delivery commitments, backorders, and escalations to prevent implementation delays • Track inventory units on hand, committed to projects, in transit, and inventory risks • Evaluate and improve how the product is sold, installed, and operated • Establish and maintain client relationships and identify additional ways Loomis can provide value • Manage vendor performance and support special projects assigned by Product Management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Technical institute degree/certificate in Business, Computer Science, IS, or other related field, preferred • Equivalent work experience in lieu of degree • Minimum of 5 years of operational process improvement experience required • Proven Project management and Quality systems implementation experience is required • Must have excellent communication skills • Ability to travel up to 10% is required • Ability to influence management is required • Experience coordinating logistics, inventory tracking, vendor ordering, or supply planning is strongly preferred • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple implementation schedules, equipment requirements, and vendor follow-ups simultaneously
