📋 Description

• Implement, configure, and support all facets of the eClinicalWorks EMR and associated systems • Support practice management, online scheduling, patient messaging, patient digital intake, and patient portal technologies • Document standards, procedures, and guidelines for eClinicalWorks EMR configuration and use • Identify and implement optimization and process improvements within eClinicalWorks EMR • Assist with integrating ancillary systems and biomedical devices into eClinicalWorks EMR • Perform support, analysis, development, validation, and maintenance of the EMR and associated systems • Collaborate with Information Technology, clinical staff, and internal and external teams throughout project phases • Support project schedules, plans, and timelines to meet business needs • Build relationships with diverse stakeholders and manage competing priorities • Analyze technical challenges, make decisions under pressure, and implement solutions aligned with organizational goals • Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences through documentation and verbal communication • Foster cross-functional collaboration, knowledge sharing, and consensus • Travel sporadically to care centers in the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest regions, with occasional domestic overnight travel • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field and/or equivalent experience • 3+ years’ experience supporting an ambulatory EMR • 3+ years’ experience managing vendor relationships • Experience working with eClinicalWorks • Proven experience developing strong working relationships with providers and clinical leadership • Excellent customer service skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to travel up to 20% as needed • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30am–5pm EST, with occasional weekends and after-hours as needed • eClinicalWorks certification is a strong plus • ITIL certification is preferred • Project Management certification or training is preferred • Experience supporting OB/GYN specialty in an ambulatory setting is preferred • Experience supporting reproductive endocrinology and infertility services is preferred • Familiarity with HL7 interfaces is preferred • Familiarity with clinical application security is preferred
