📋 Description

• Research and build awareness of specific industry needs for Axis products and associated technologies • Deliver in-person and remote courses, webinars, and trainings • Maintain the training center and equipment • Continuously update training materials • Perform needs analysis for course development • Conduct customer evaluations • Serve as Axis diplomat on training and new product initiatives • Perform other related duties as assigned • Travel nationally and internationally on short notice

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 4+ years experience in technical training or education • IP technical background • Great public speaker • Ability to change directions in the classroom setting as needed • Strong presentation skills • Self-motivated standout colleague • Excellent relationship management skills • Resourceful and flexible • Professional etiquette • Well-developed social and communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to travel both nationally and internationally on short notice • Ability to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs. • Expected travel time up to 75%
