📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise-scale programs from planning through deployment, acceptance, and adoption • Lead multiple high-impact programs while managing scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks • Translate customer and regulatory requirements into executable delivery plans with Product and Engineering • Serve as program lead for customers and internal stakeholders • Drive alignment across Sales, PSO, Engineering, Product, and external partners • Identify and mitigate risks before they affect delivery or customer trust • Lead program-level change management as requirements evolve • Communicate complex technical and operational topics to executive, technical, and frontline audiences • Identify delivery gaps, refine processes, and scale repeatable enterprise execution models • Mentor peers and share lessons learned

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading complex technical programs in enterprise SaaS, hardware-enabled platforms, or mission-critical environments • Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-stakeholder deployments for enterprise or global customers • Program management fundamentals, including scope, schedule, risk, dependency, and change management • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Services • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments • Excellent communication skills for executive, technical, and customer audiences • Demonstrated capability managing multiple programs simultaneously • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience implementing process improvements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience • PMP certification preferred
