📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract, screen, and onboard physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists • Proactively contact and recruit prospective therapists, establish relationships, understand their needs, and qualify them for job opportunities • Educate prospective therapists on the personal and professional benefits of a travel healthcare career • Generate leads through recruiting channels, strategic planning, and referrals • Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement • Provide exceptional rapport and extraordinary customer service to traveling therapists

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Minimum of one year of proven success in a metrics driven sales or staffing environment; 2+ years preferred • Ability to create great experiences for healthcare professionals • Outside-the-box thinking • Career orientation and desire for advancement • Enthusiasm for participating in a recruiting organization that recognizes talent • Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency • Candidate-centered mentality and passion for customer service
