📋 Description

• Transform children’s lives through pediatric occupational therapy • Create a flexible schedule, including traditional five-day/8-hour weeks, four 10-hour days, or three 10–12 hour days • Provide patient care • Complete paperwork with support from dedicated paperwork blocks • Participate in mentorship and guidance from experienced clinicians • Pursue continuing education and professional growth • Contribute to a collaborative, team-driven clinical environment • Potentially progress into mentorship, leadership, or program development

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Washington • Pediatric experience preferred (1+ years) • Master’s or Doctorate in OT required, unless grandfathered under bachelor’s accreditation transition • Passionate about changing the lives of children • Growth-minded, adaptable, and eager to innovate in healthcare
