📋 Description

• Provide customer support and resolve client issues via email, chat, and phone • Troubleshoot survey launches, platform features, technical issues, and survey logic • Provide clear, actionable technical guidance and assisted platform execution • Escalate issues beyond personal expertise with structured, actionable context • Maintain client communication, professionalism, empathy, and customer satisfaction • Build strong customer relationships and increase client self-sufficiency • Guide clients toward self-service help desk articles and platform capabilities • Communicate context-rich asynchronous updates in Slack and other written formats • Collaborate with cross-functional internal stakeholders and global teams • Evaluate AI outputs, catch errors, write prompts, and iterate on results • Identify whether issues are user errors, platform limitations, or bugs • Prioritize competing client needs while balancing speed and quality • Help clients become more capable and confident using aytm’s insights automation platform • Track and improve CSAT, response time, First Median Response Time, and Self Serve Adoption

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years in market research in a customer service, project management, or technical client-facing role • Demonstrated experience with online platforms and tools • Experience with DIY survey platforms such as Qualtrics, Decipher, SurveyMonkey, Alchemer, or QuestionPro is a plus • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team and directly with clients • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Strong organization and prioritization • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office • Advanced Excel is a plus • Excited about contributing to a rapidly growing remote team and company • Remote work experience is preferred, but not required • Must not require employer-sponsored work visa; aytm does not sponsor applicants for work visas
