• Own the HEOR and value-evidence strategy for the ARGO franchise, beginning with D-PLEX100 • Build integrated evidence plans supporting US and Canadian access and reimbursement across the product lifecycle • Identify evidence gaps for hospital decision-makers, payers, and HTA bodies and prioritize studies and analyses • Define the economic value proposition for an inpatient, DRG-reimbursed surgical product • Lead AMCP and other value dossiers and supporting clinical and economic evidence summaries • Build and maintain budget-impact, cost-effectiveness, cost-of-care, cost-offset, and account-level value models • Develop payer, hospital, and P&T/value-analysis-committee tools and objection-handling materials • Lead HEOR and evidence components of NTAP and other inpatient add-on payment applications • Develop hospital coding and reimbursement strategy, including MS-DRG, HCPCS, and ICD coding • Model DRG economics and the inpatient payment landscape • Design and oversee retrospective database, real-world evidence, chart review, and pragmatic HEOR studies • Collaborate with clinical, biostatistics, evidence-generation colleagues, KOLs, external vendors, and academic collaborators • Drive HEOR publications and communications for abstracts, posters, and manuscripts • Support US field engagement with payers, hospital systems, IDNs, and population-health decision-makers • Develop Canadian value-evidence and HTA strategy, including CDA-AMC/CADTH and INESSS submissions • Monitor evolving evidence requirements, HTA methods, and ICER-type assessments • Deliver launch-ready dossiers, models, value tools, NTAP support, coding strategy, field enablement, and evidence-generation plans
• Advanced degree in health economics, outcomes research, pharmacy, epidemiology, public health, or a related field (PhD, PharmD, or Master's); Bachelor's with commensurate experience considered • Minimum 8 years of HEOR, health economics, or value & access experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device • Demonstrated ownership of value dossiers, including AMCP dossiers, and budget-impact and cost-effectiveness models • Working knowledge of US reimbursement, including inpatient DRG economics, NTAP, and hospital MS-DRG, HCPCS, and ICD coding • Experience designing and overseeing HEOR studies using claims, EHR, and registry data • Experience working with external vendors and academic collaborators • Ability to translate economic analysis into decision-ready value narratives for payer, hospital, and P&T audiences • Proven cross-functional collaboration with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Clinical/Regulatory teams • Willingness to travel approximately 20–30% • Hospital/inpatient, anti-infective, surgical, or drug-device product HEOR experience strongly preferred • Direct NTAP or other inpatient add-on payment pathway experience preferred • Familiarity with hospital P&T, value-analysis committees, antimicrobial-stewardship/infection-prevention economics, and Canadian HTA preferred • Publication record in HEOR or health-economics venues preferred • Must be able to sit for long periods, frequently stand/walk/talk/hear, occasionally climb stairs or ride elevators, lift/move up to 25 pounds, and operate keyboards, telephones, and handheld devices
