📋 Description

• Provide on-demand and scheduled remote technical support services for Key Accounts customers • Perform remote Building Automation System (BAS) diagnostics, troubleshooting, programming, maintenance, and equipment startup support • Remotely inspect and evaluate BAS, HVAC, and chiller systems, delivering detailed reports • Communicate via telephone, instant messaging, and email with onsite Trane and third-party technicians, customers, and Trane internal teams • Participate in technical and strategic account reviews with internal stakeholders • Identify parts needed for repairs and coordinate with relevant teams for procurement

🎯 Requirements

• Solid understanding and hands-on service or installation experience with Trane HVAC systems and advanced Trane BAS controls • Proficiency in performing remote BAS diagnostics, troubleshooting, programming, and maintenance • Expertise in TGE, TGP, and TGP2 abilities and application guides • Advanced systems knowledge and proficiency in using digital tools • Knowledge of networking, communication protocols, security, and basics of Ensemble, SQL Database, diagnostics, and troubleshooting • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate clearly and effectively • Excellent process adherence and documentation skills for job paperwork • Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as required • Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; practical experience and relevant skills prioritized
