📋 Description

• Lead Baker Tilly and client resources through the definition and delivery of transformation projects, including business process and technology implementations • Develop, manage, and measure project approaches and plans across analyze, design, build, test, and deploy phases • Develop long-term roadmaps for delivering large-scale solutions through a series of projects • Elicit and define requirements through interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, and site visits • Manage and implement multiple projects through delegation, coordination, communication, and organization • Coordinate project deployments, including staffing resources, deadlines, and end-user expectations • Ensure projects are properly documented, including business cases, business requirements, and implementation plans • Manage third-party vendor relationships for specific development needs • Liaise among executive committee members, stakeholders, and development teams • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues • Support Enterprise Transformation practice development, including go-to-market activities, delivery methodology standards, and team development • Provide functional expertise based on specific skills and background • Build internal and external relationships with clients and the community • Support team member and client growth through the Baker Tilly Value Architect model

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field • Minimum of five (5) years of related experience • Previous related industry and consulting experience highly preferred • Experience managing senior-level client relationships and working across an organization with multiple stakeholders • Ability to lead and supervise others and provide exceptional client service • Ability to decompose scope into detailed activities and deliverables and conduct work package handoff • Ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously • Creative problem-solving ability gained through prior experience, education, or training • Demonstrated management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills • Highly developed Microsoft Suite skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Project experience with full lifecycle application development, including requirements gathering, use case development, system analysis and design, integration, testing, and deployment • Experience with Agile software delivery management tools and techniques is a plus, including Scrum, JIRA, and Confluence • Project/program management or Agile certification is a plus, including PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, or SAFe POPM • Ability to travel as needed, up to 100% at times depending on the client • Ability to work outside core business hours for client engagements
