📋 Description

• Own Novo's third-party risk management and procurement process end to end • Manage the Zip platform for vendor and procurement requests from intake through close-out • Monitor renewal alerts and follow up with Deal Sponsors • Track vendor and contract records, including pricing, terms, and spend by department/category • Identify cost-savings and cancellation opportunities • Review contracts and order forms for accuracy • Run adverse media checks before routing contracts for review • Determine whether vendors require InfoSec review and gather due-diligence documents • Confirm expense and procurement tagging categories • Drive Legal, InfoSec, Compliance, ELT, and CEO reviews and approvals to completion • Coordinate contract execution through DocuSign and retain executed agreements in Zip • Partner with FP&A on cost details for Finance review and approval • Gather scope-of-work and data-access details from Deal Sponsors and business stakeholders • Communicate procurement status and blockers to stakeholders outside procurement

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, sourcing, or a related operations role • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of concurrent requests with competing deadlines • Clear written and verbal communication • Comfortable proactively chasing internal stakeholders and external vendor contacts • Proficiency with spreadsheets • Experience with procurement/vendor management platforms such as Zip, Coupa, or Ironclad is a plus • Self-starter mentality and ability to drive processes with minimal oversight • Sharp attention to detail across contract terms, vendor documentation, and Zip records • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Must state the U.S. state from which they plan to work • Visa sponsorship requirements are assessed in the application form
