📋 Description

• Manage OFCI Equipment supply chain activities within the data center construction process • Maintain records, obtain updated vendor submittals, and maintain product specifications • Work with vendors and the Procurement team to ensure specifications comply with company processes • Monitor and manage contracts and prepare status and tracking reports • Support Procurement Managers and the Procurement Director in daily tasks • Review single line diagrams, product specifications, and drive OFCI Equipment submittals to approval • Coordinate RFIs and RFQs for switchgear, transformers, electrical skids, CRAHs, chillers, generators, UPSs, and other data center equipment • Coordinate continuous quality improvement, quality control, and lessons-learned initiatives with vendors • Track equipment status and scheduled dates against construction schedules • Analyze vendor quotes, change order requests, and submittals • Optimize equipment and vendor-service costs while maintaining quality and reliability • Enter purchase orders, review invoices, track budgets, and allocate equipment using financial software • Support inventory updates, financial closeout, invoice resolution, equipment planning, negotiation, forecasting, and purchase order issuance • Coordinate equipment approvals, onsite delivery, startup, and commissioning support services • Maintain supplier relationships and contribute to procurement process improvement • Ensure vendor compliance, safety requirements, spare-parts programs, and service programs • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Construction Project Management, Finance, Accounting, Compliance, Vendor Onboarding, and Environmental Health & Safety teams • Support investigation of new products and vendors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in engineering, construction science, supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience • 1 to 3 years of experience in a supply chain and/or construction role • Data Center, commercial, or industrial equipment experience strongly preferred • Aptitude to learn quickly and drive things to closure • Strong business acumen with a strong commercial background • Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques • Ability to coordinate with vendors, procurement, engineering, operations, construction management, finance, accounting, compliance, and safety teams • Willingness and ability to travel to factories for factory witness testing, audits, and vendor onboarding • Occasional minimal travel to Vantage Data Center sites may be required
