📋 Description

• Perform all functions relating to documenting non-complex commercial loans using LaserPro • Prepare documentation for commercial real estate, lines of credit, aircraft, preferred mortgages, SBA (7a), Express, and 504 loans • Prepare documents for new loans, renewals, and modifications • Ensure loan documents comply with credit approval terms, regulatory requirements, and local, state, and federal guidelines • Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily activities to complete work accurately and on time • Act as an escalation point for documentation-related issues • Communicate with underwriters, loan officers, and branch staff to obtain additional information • Assist with training team members on loan documentation, software, and templates • Participate in required training on compliance laws and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or General Education required • 0 to 2 years of experience with loan documents required, preferably including complex documents • Knowledge of commercial non-complex loans, departmental functions, loan database software, and Microsoft Office • Understanding of loan documentation structure requirements • Ability to review credit approvals and organizational documents for adherence to lending policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills • Ability to write clearly and informatively, with accurate spelling and grammar • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously • Ability to organize heavy workloads in a deadline-driven environment • Ability to apply written, oral, and diagrammatic instructions • Ability to solve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
