📋 Description
• Designing, developing, implementing, and supporting solutions across the ServiceNow platform • Building and supporting employee-focused digital solutions that streamline workflows • Collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and other IT stakeholders • Delivering scalable, secure, and reliable solutions that improve operational efficiency • Contributing to enterprise-wide solutions and continuously expanding ServiceNow expertise
🎯 Requirements
• 5–8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow best practices • Experience with ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, integrations, and JavaScript development • Experience or interest in ServiceNow AI capabilities • A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required • ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable.
