📋 Description

• Lead a team responsible for revenue cycle reporting, analytics, and data governance initiatives • Drive data-informed decision-making across the healthcare system • Compile Revenue Cycle data and create enterprise, regional, and local metric dashboards from start to finish • Conduct advanced revenue cycle operational performance analysis and interpret data • Identify trends, variances, operating improvements, and efficiencies • Gather and challenge assumptions from multidisciplinary teams and data sources • Manage data integrity through ongoing validation and comparison with operational activity • Align data communication with stakeholders for consistent data sharing and interpretation • Direct implementation and support of Revenue Cycle information systems • Lead Revenue Cycle Analytics implementation and systems projects • Manage training programs, schedules, and deployment for Revenue Cycle Analytics team members • Manage relationships with Revenue Cycle and operational-area directors and leaders • Standardize metrics and data integrity management across the enterprise • Manage Revenue Cycle Analytics platforms, systems, interfaces, and exchanges • Interact with hospital and system leadership, staff, physicians, regulatory agencies, and vendors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, health management, statistics, engineering, analytics, or related field • Seven plus years of current and progressive analysis experience in healthcare, or equivalent combination of relevant education, technical, business, and related industry experience • At least two years of management leadership experience • Proficiency in sophisticated software programs • Proven advanced analytical and modeling skills • Intermediate to advanced SQL or similar-language query skills • Ability to work with advanced data visualizations • Ability to conduct advanced revenue cycle operational performance analysis • Strong knowledge of business, finance, health management, statistics, engineering, and/or analytics • Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize multiple projects • Preferred: knowledge of statistical analysis • MBA preferred
