📋 Description

• Design, build, implement, and support medical device integration within an Oracle Cerner environment • Assist with ongoing implementation and support of medical devices across the system • Perform device or application installations and upgrade validations • Conduct root cause analysis on reported issues • Provision user access rights • Lead or support small- to medium-sized projects implementing new technologies across the system • Collaborate across multiple teams and with key stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely communications and project timelines • Participate in meetings, presentations, visioning sessions, planning sessions, and implementation activities • Formulate system scope and objectives based on company requirements • Define, design, and modify specifications and processes for complex information systems • Establish system documentation standards and quality assurance methodologies • Partner across organizational and functional areas to understand customer needs and recommend actionable solutions • Facilitate cross-functional teams and lead projects with departmental or company-wide scope • Provide oversight, change management, work direction, or leadership to team members • Establish technology processes, documentation, quality standards, and operating standards • Mentor junior team members • Analyze and report on complex customer needs and research new or upgraded systems and applications • Develop relationships with internal and business partners • Support application design, system optimization, complex model programming, large data feeds, and emerging technology initiatives • Develop and track Key Performance Indicators • Design and administer complex application and end-user documentation standards and policies • Troubleshoot complex issues and escalate them as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Epidemiology, Computer Sciences, Process Engineering, Business, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field • Four to seven years of experience, or equivalent, in reporting and/or analytics, clinical application configuration, or a related field • Significant knowledge of cross-functional departments • Strong project management skills • Ability to work independently and manage large, multiple projects and complex reports • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills • Strong technical skills appropriate for the position, including SQL/ANSI SQL, SAS, Tableau, Excel, and clinical software applications • Experience with medical device integration and application support • Experience with products such as Natus Sleep/EEG, Philips IX/IBE, Baxter/HillRom, BD Alaris, Stryker, Ascom, Midmark RTLS, Xper, Primex, Cadwell, and Olympus • Oracle Cerner experience including Cloud iBus, CareAware Connect & suite, iCommand, and physiological device integration • Experience with system implementation and project management preferred • Experience with specialized applications and department-specific software such as Cerner, NextGen, Centricity, TSI, Quality Advisor, SAS, or SSRS preferred • Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field preferred • Advanced knowledge in area of expertise preferred
