📋 Description

• Lead design, development, documentation, debugging, and support of user interfaces • Define and model visual end-user experiences for simple, efficient, and consistent interactions • Create experiences from whiteboard sketches through high-fidelity responsive web, native mobile, voice, and emerging digital solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize deliverables and deliver design assets on time • Create user studies, user flows, wireframes, UI designs, prototypes, annotations, transitions, and animations • Collaborate with front-end developers and software engineers on implementation • Conduct usability testing and user research and interpret analytics data • Communicate UX strategy, conceptual ideas, and design rationale to teams, leadership, and consumers • Develop and maintain interactive style guides, design systems, and enterprise standards • Serve as primary Designer within the Atria Design System value stream across scrum teams • Mentor UI/UX designers and provide direction in the department leader’s absence • Support Banner Health’s digital transformation and consumer health product development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Interface/Experience, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), or relevant field, or equivalent level of experience and education • Seven plus years in the interactive design field • Experience in product design, including responsive web, native apps, and interactive displays • Experience in brand marketing, including campaigns and social • Portfolio demonstrating UX and UI skills across multiple devices • Strong knowledge of graphic design, web frameworks, and systems design • Experience completing projects on time and on budget • Experience working with engineering teams • Understanding of Agile product development • Strong working knowledge of low- and high-fidelity prototyping techniques • Expertise with modern design tools, including Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Suite • Experience coding HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Experience testing, measuring, and refining designs based on customer feedback and market data • Agency and interactive studio experience strongly preferred • Additional related education and/or experience preferred
