📋 Description

• Design learning pathways by translating skill and performance needs into objectives, sequenced learning journeys, practice opportunities, assessments, and performance support • Guide the design and development of digital, live, virtual, cohort-based, and experiential learning for AI skilling initiatives • Develop, adapt, and organize internal and external content into cohesive, role-relevant learning experiences • Apply adult learning, performance consulting, assessment, accessibility, and responsible AI practices • Collaborate with business partners, AI product teams, subject matter experts, facilitators, vendors, and learning colleagues • Identify needs, validate content, and support delivery • Manage design activities, timelines, reviews, dependencies, and risks across assigned projects • Recommend practical solutions when priorities change • Define measurement strategies and use learner feedback, assessment results, proficiency indicators, and performance data to improve learning pathways • Create reusable templates, standards, and approaches to improve the speed, consistency, and quality of learning design • Work closely with the Senior Learning Design Professional and the broader Enterprise Learning - AI Team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, learning design, adult education, learning technologies, organizational development, or a related field, or equivalent experience • 8+ years of experience designing and developing learning solutions • Experience translating skill, business, or performance needs into measurable objectives and sequenced learning experiences • Experience supporting AI, emerging technology, digital transformation, or technical-skilling initiatives • Strong knowledge of adult learning, performance consulting, accessibility, assessment, and learning evaluation • Experience using generative AI and AI-enabled learning tools such as Articulate 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, or comparable AI-enabled learning platforms • Ability to guide design work, collaborate across functions, manage multiple projects, and influence without direct authority • Strong consulting, communication, and problem-solving skills • Up to 10% travel may be required • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Preferred: Master's degree in a related field • Preferred: Experience designing academies, credentials, cohorts, or large-scale technical learning pathways • Preferred: Experience with skills frameworks, proficiency models, learning-experience platforms, or skills-based talent practices • Preferred: Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand or a similar learning platform • Preferred: Experience in health care, insurance, information technology, or another regulated environment • Preferred: Relevant certification in instructional design, performance improvement, or learning evaluation • Preferred: Experience designing across digital, live, virtual, cohort-based, experiential, and performance-support formats • Preferred: Experience designing and developing curricula or learning pathways for Tech and enterprise audiences
