📋 Description

• Design digital experiences that help people use data for informed business decisions and facilitate patient care • Design experiences for employees and patients using LLM-based and traditional digital interactions • Collaborate on future experience prototyping and visualize longer-term digital experiences • Participate across the product design double diamond, from discovery and ideation through testing, delivery, and iteration • Help leaders and partners form vision and strategy in ambiguous situations • Bring experiences to life through SaaS configuration or custom-developed digital solutions • Lead design, development, documentation, debugging, and support of user interfaces • Create responsive web, native mobile, voice, and emerging digital experiences • Deliver user studies, user flows, wireframes, UI designs, prototypes, annotations, and related deliverables • Create web and native UI transitions and animations and collaborate with developers on execution • Conduct usability testing and user research and interpret analytics data • Collaborate with managers, developers, engineers, and designers to deliver compelling Banner Health experiences • Develop and maintain interactive style guides, design systems, and enterprise standards • Mentor UI/UX designers and provide direction in the department leader’s absence • Design and develop system learning products and projects independently within established procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Interface/Experience, Human Computer Interaction (HCI) or relevant field, or equivalent level of experience and education • Seven plus years in the interactive design field, including product design and brand marketing experience • Portfolio demonstrating a mix of UX and UI skills and experience designing across multiple devices • Expertise in graphic design, web frameworks, and systems design • Experience completing projects on time and on budget in inventive and collaborative environments • Experience working with engineering teams and solid understanding of Agile product development • Strong working knowledge of low- and high-fidelity prototyping techniques • Expert with modern design tools including Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Suite • Experience coding HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Proven experience testing, measuring, and refining designs based on customer feedback and market data • Agency and interactive studio experience strongly preferred • Additional related education and/or experience preferred • Must reside in one of the eligible states listed in the posting • Must provide a portfolio with the application
