📋 Description

• Design experiences that help people manage conditions, medications, and longitudinal health engagements with Banner Health • Collaborate on future experience prototyping and visualize Banner Health's future digital experience • Discover, ideate, deliver, test, and iterate product experiences • Partner with leaders and teams to form vision and strategy in ambiguous situations • Configure SaaS solutions or support custom-developed digital solutions • Lead design, development, documentation, debugging, and support of user interfaces • Create responsive web, native mobile, voice, and emerging digital experiences • Create user studies, user flows, wireframes, UI designs, prototypes, annotations, and other design deliverables • Create UI transitions and animations and collaborate with developers and engineers on execution • Participate in usability testing, user research, and analytics interpretation • Collaborate with managers, developers, engineers, and designers to deliver compelling interactive experiences • Develop and maintain style guides, design systems, and enterprise standards • Mentor UI/UX designers and provide guidance in the department leader's absence • Design and develop system learning products and projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Interface/Experience, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), or relevant field, or equivalent level of experience and education • Seven plus years in the interactive design field • Experience in product design, including responsive web, native apps, and interactive displays • Experience in brand marketing, including campaigns and social • Portfolio demonstrating UX and UI skills across multiple devices • Expertise in graphic design, web frameworks, and systems design • Experience completing projects on time and on budget • Experience working with engineering teams and understanding of Agile product development • Strong knowledge of low- and high-fidelity prototyping techniques • Expert proficiency with Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Suite • Experience coding HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Experience testing, measuring, and refining designs using customer feedback and market data • Ability to reside in one of the eligible states: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, GA, FL, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MS, MO, NY, NE, NC, ND, NV, OK, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WA, WV, or WY
