📋 Description

• Support business planning, tactical execution, and business integration of digital initiatives • Formulate system scope and objectives based on company requirements • Establish system documentation standards and quality assurance methodologies • Develop technology solutions using accepted processes or new approaches • Create project specifications and establish technical vision • Analyze usability and performance tradeoffs • Translate customer needs and emerging technologies into actionable business plans • Define and document system changes and requirements • Design end-user training and curricula and facilitate rollout and ongoing training • Govern and prioritize enhancement requests across electronic channels • Investigate, track, and resolve complex project, system, and application errors • Apply data analysis and fact-based decision-making • Administer application and end-user documentation standards and policies • Develop integrated testing scenarios and comprehensive testing plans • Participate in meetings, presentations, visioning, strategic planning, implementation, and company-wide support activities • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology leaders, development teams, and cross-functional partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field • 2–3 years of work experience in information technology, specifically user-centered design for mobile/web apps or large, content-rich consumer sites • General knowledge of information technology and healthcare • Experience in medium-scale project planning and reporting • Communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to communicate and interact across facilities and at various levels • Mentoring skills for less experienced team members • Ability to work variable shifts and hours and carry/respond to a pager if required • Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, West Virginia, or Wyoming
