• Facilitate group therapy sessions within an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), managing a caseload across multiple weekly groups • Provide individual therapy supporting each patient's treatment progress • Lead family engagement sessions to build support systems and continuity of care • Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments for level-of-care decisions and treatment planning • Develop and update master treatment plans with individualized, measurable goals in collaboration with patients and the care team • Apply clinical judgment in crises, including risk assessment, de-escalation, and suicide risk evaluation • Communicate with referral sources and families regarding progress and continuity of care • Coordinate step-down and discharge planning and connect patients with legal, financial, and vocational resources • Provide consistent clinical care from intake through discharge • Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation across all phases of care
• Active, unrestricted clinical license; LPC, LCSW, or LMFT strongly preferred, or applicable state equivalent • Associate/Intern-level, pre-licensed credentials accepted for Professional Counseling, Social Work, and Marriage & Family Therapy tracks • Licensure in Colorado or Alaska required at time of hire • Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage & family therapy, or a related human services field • Active clinical licensure in 3 or more states strongly preferred • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as business needs arise • 2+ years of clinical experience serving substance use disorder and/or mental health populations strongly preferred • Direct IOP-level-of-care experience preferred • Experience with Kipu EMR systems preferred • Experience carrying a full caseload virtually preferred • Working knowledge of clinical standards of care for substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders • Clinical judgment and crisis intervention skills, including risk assessment and de-escalation • Strong documentation and communication skills with attention to regulatory and confidentiality standards • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying connected to a collaborative care team
