📋 Description

• Assist the Director with daily activities in the Center of Excellence Clinical Research & Outcomes Division • Assure efficient operations while meeting the needs of internal and external customers • Provide leadership and staff development for assigned personnel • Act as a resource to other areas when necessary • Collaborate with Center of Excellence physicians, management, and staff • Facilitate quality patient care and improve patient care delivery processes • Promote and facilitate research and publication of significant patient care improvements • Represent the department and Center of Excellence at national meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required • Registered Nurse license/certification • 10 years clinical nursing experience in Center of Excellence, including a minimum of 2 years in Center of Excellence Research & Outcomes specialty area • Advanced proficiency in MS OFFICE, specialty databases, quantitative and qualitative data management, and clinical systems such as Net Access, SMS, PACS, PHS, etc. • Demonstrated leadership and excellent interpersonal communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external customers • Proven track record of excellence demonstrated through successful change strategies and process improvements
