📋 Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned product lines/therapeutic areas in Hospital Products • Manage Medical Information inquiries, including escalations • Research, respond to, and document inquiries in accordance with FDA guidelines • Provide clinical, medical, and scientific information to external healthcare professionals, customers, and internal Baxter functions • Create and maintain standard response documents and correspondence in the Medical Information Content Management system • Assess and present voice of customer (VOC) to cross-functional stakeholders • Identify market trends, customer needs, and changing clinical practice and communicate findings to therapeutic-area stakeholders • Participate in planning, development, and execution of Medical Information support for product launches • Participate in initiatives to improve and streamline Medical Information processes and services • Maintain familiarity with published medical literature related to product lines and communicate clinical trends and potential product-line impacts • Represent Medical in reviewing and approving US advertising and promotional materials for medical accuracy, balance, substantiation, and consistency with approved labeling • Maintain knowledge of FDA requirements for medical review of US advertising and promotion • Develop and execute internal and external education and training programs on medical/clinical issues • Provide clinical input and support to Regulatory and Quality groups in evaluating product complaints and adverse events • Support Medical Information booths at conferences

🎯 Requirements

• Clinically skilled and licensed Pharmacist • Experience in home infusion pharmacy preferred • Minimum 5 years clinical experience • Knowledge and/or experience with Baxter products and competitive products helpful • Excellent medical writing and oral communication skills • Ability to search and summarize medical literature/data accurately and appropriately • Solid knowledge and ability to apply FDA regulations for medical communications • Excellent presentation and teaching skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Demonstrated ability to manage conflict situations • Demonstrated record of responsible actions • Self-motivated with exceptional follow-through • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • Employment visa sponsorship is unavailable
