📋 Description

• Support territory sales activities to drive regional revenue, focusing on specific product lines • Provide product in-service training for the Patient Support Systems portfolio, including Smartbeds, surfaces, and other medical devices, in hospital settings • Ensure educational programs meet corporate and customer goals • Act as a liaison between the sales team and customers • Work directly alongside the sales team and customers • Communicate with internal team members and ensure customer satisfaction • Participate in delivery and implementation planning activities, including customer meetings, conference calls, and WebEx training • Use Salesforce to drive new sales opportunities and help maintain existing business • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate quotas • Conduct negotiations and finalize sales • Lead all aspects of installing new products after delivery to customers

🎯 Requirements

• Outstanding interpersonal skills and public speaking • High motivation, drive, curiosity, resilience, dedication, and integrity • Excellent influential skills and ability to work in a matrix environment • Ability to implement strong strategy plans and complete tasks • Effective time management skills • Strong skills within the MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Ability to travel 75%, including possible weekends • High School diploma or equivalent experience required • Bachelor's degree preferred • Previous sales experience preferred • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • Baxter is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
