📋 Description

• Provide product in-service training for the Patient Support Systems portfolio, including Smartbeds, surfaces, and other medical devices, in hospital settings • Support product optimization • Support territory sales activities • Assist with training new sales team members when needed • Ensure educational programs meet corporate and customer goals • Act as a liaison between the sales team and customers • Work directly alongside the sales team and customers • Participate in delivery and implementation planning activities, including customer meetings, conference calls, and WebEx training • Assist in driving new sales opportunities while helping maintain existing business • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate-assigned quotas • Conduct negotiations and finalize sales • Lead all aspects of new product installation post-delivery to customers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • Two + years of experience, preferably in sales • Outstanding communication skills and public speaking • High level of motivation, drive, resilience, dedication, and integrity • Excellent influential skills • Ability to implement strong strategy plans and bring tasks to completion • Residence within the New England territory is required • Travel up to 75%, with overnight regional travel expected and occasional national travel possible • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to drive an automobile • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • Baxter is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
