📋 Description

• Achieve sales goals for Baxter’s product portfolio in the Territory • Implement sales strategies and execute the business plan to achieve sales volume, product mix, and profit objectives • Develop new accounts and expand existing accounts within the established geographic territory and Alternate Site accounts • Call on Home Infusion, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Consulting Pharmacies, Physician Offices, Oncology customers, and Distributors • Deliver sales presentations and provide technical and administrative product information, demonstrations, and education • Work with Virtual Sales, Infusion Systems, Pharmacy, and Nutrition Specialists to achieve assigned goals and objectives • Protect, service, and grow the current business base • Manage and maximize Baxter GPO contracts • Serve as a resource for market information for management and marketing • Negotiate effectively through each stage of the customer's buying process • Apply product, clinical/therapy, business, industry, marketplace, and competitive knowledge to drive sales • Resolve customer issues and maintain customer loyalty and revenue generation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred • HS Diploma or GED required • Three years minimum sales experience • Ideal candidates will have experience with medical sales working with distributors • Ability to analyze and interpret data for effective sales strategies • Ability to travel, including visits to remote or urban areas • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • Baxter is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
