📋 Description

• Extend and configure the full-stack application across the EHR integration surface to deliver Bayesian's clinical insights to clinicians • Coordinate with client EHR and clinical informatics teams on clinical workflow integration • Implement automated integration tests • Work with client technical teams and frontline clinicians to investigate and resolve integration testing issues • Execute production deployments with the client's technical team • Ensure application and workflow configurations and builds are promoted successfully to production • Serve as the technical point of contact for application integration issues during go-live week • Provide clear status updates to cross-functional partners • Develop frameworks and tooling using LLMs and automation to improve platform integration efficiency and velocity • Collaborate with the Implementation Lead, Clinical Integration, and client technical teams to align the integration workstream

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or another relevant technical discipline • 3+ years building and deploying full-stack applications into production • Experience integrating external APIs • React and TypeScript preferred • Experience with AWS, Azure, or similar cloud solutions in production • Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL in production • Experience writing automated integration and end-to-end tests for production systems • Experience rolling out production deployments • Experience supporting systems through go-live via an on-call or support rotation • Experience triaging production issues • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • Preferred: experience with SMART on FHIR applications, EHR integrations, HL7v2, and FHIR • Preferred: experience working with enterprise customers • Preferred: experience building internal tooling or automation, including leveraging LLMs • Must not require current or future U.S. employment visa sponsorship
