📋 Description

• Provide product technical support to customers during pre-sale and post-sale processes • Accompany sales personnel on customer visits to identify opportunities and assist in closing sales through technical expertise and product knowledge • Conduct product demonstrations using robots and presentations at tradeshows, conferences, and customer sites • Develop novel applications for ATI products using robots and publish videos and application notes • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely customer solutions • Use Salesforce for case management and customer support • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive product and process innovation • Travel up to 40%

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Controls, or related Engineering discipline • Spanish and English fluency • 3 to 5 years of experience in an engineering role, preferably in the automation industry • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes • Experience and familiarity with robot programming, such as Fanuc, ABB, or Kuka, desirable • Experience with SolidWorks and MS Office Suite • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with team members and clients • Up to 40% travel
