📋 Description

• Own UKG HCM governance, including configuration standards, security protocols, and workflow integrity • Manage system updates, patches, and release testing to ensure compliance and minimize disruption • Maintain integration integrity with ATS, benefits carriers, payroll, and learning systems • Develop and enforce data governance policies across all HR modules • Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements • Develop and deliver standard and ad hoc reports for HR, Finance, and leadership • Support compliance reporting (EEO, ACA, etc.) and audit requests • Create dashboards and analytics to support workforce planning and decision-making • Partner with HR Operations and Payroll Manager to streamline processes and improve system utilization • Provide Tier 2 support for HR Operations and escalate technical issues as needed • Train HR team members on UKG functionality and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field • 3–5+ years of experience with UKG HCM or similar HRIS platforms • Hands-on experience with multiple UKG modules (Core, Timekeeping, Recruiting, Benefits, L&D) • Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and data governance • Proficiency in UKG configuration and reporting tools • Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and SSO preferred • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • UKG Pro Certified Professional (or equivalent) preferred • HRIP or similar HR technology certification preferred
