📋 Description

• Create and configure new and existing low to moderate complexity customer websites using third-party software • Solve and troubleshoot routine issues for customer accounts and ensure communication with customers • Test and audit configured software to ensure proper functioning • Assist the Implementation Analyst with development of low to moderate complexity sites • Establish, cultivate, and manage relationships with account teams, carriers, vendors, and customers • Develop root cause analysis skills to provide daily support to assigned customers • Configure and test software tools using working knowledge of health and benefits products, services, and tools • Perform initial quality assurance on low to moderate complexity site builds and review findings with the Implementation Specialist • Participate in customer meetings as needed • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience • Proficient with MS Office Suite • Experience working with database applications • 1–5 years of related experience • Exceptional telephone demeanor • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with customers at all levels • Attention to detail and ability to adhere to high standards for customer-facing work product • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
