📋 Description

• Advance the firm’s next-generation clinical analytics platform • Provide clinical expertise and practical guidance for platform design and evolution • Partner across financial, analytics, and clinical teams to develop a 360-degree view of analytics needs • Translate clinical concepts, emerging therapy trends, and utilization management principles into repeatable analytical frameworks and specifications • Support standardization of clinical insight derivation, validation, and communication • Develop and deliver training to enhance pharmacists’ clinical analytics skills and interpretive consistency • Mentor and serve as a resource to pharmacists across teams • Elevate clinical fluency in specialty drugs, medical-pharmacy integration, utilization management, and outcome-oriented thinking • Operationalize a harmonized enterprise-wide approach to clinical insight development • Create shared clinical frameworks, educational materials, and internal guidance • Provide frontline consulting feedback to inform enterprise strategy, intellectual capital, and future-state analytics needs

🎯 Requirements

• Clinical expertise in clinical analytics, specialty drugs, medical-pharmacy integration, utilization management concepts, and outcome-oriented thinking • Experience developing or contributing to clinical analytics platforms and repeatable analytical frameworks • Ability to translate clinical concepts, emerging therapy trends, and utilization management principles into analytical specifications • Ability to develop and deliver pharmacist training • Ability to mentor pharmacists and support professional development • Ability to standardize, validate, and communicate clinical insights across consulting teams • Ability to partner across financial, analytics, clinical, pharmacy consulting, and payer leadership teams
