📋 Description

• Lead pricing strategy discussions using advanced analytics and actuarial insight • Engage directly with senior executives and translate complex technical results into compelling narratives • Build and evolve predictive models to assess risk and forecast demand • Connect analytics to business value and strategic priorities to influence high-level decisions • Demonstrate Earnix capabilities in executive and client settings • Lead onboarding and training for new users • Act as a trusted advisor, bridging business, analytics, and technology • Deliver measurable impact for clients across multiple lines of business

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with deep expertise in analytics, actuarial modeling, and predictive techniques • Strong hands-on experience with machine learning and statistical modeling • Advanced proficiency in Python and R • Experience with intelligent decisioning platforms such as Earnix or similar • Experience integrating models into real-time pricing and personalization workflows • Strong executive presence and ability to engage, influence, and advise senior stakeholders • Willingness and flexibility to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally • Ability to communicate complex data and models clearly to senior leadership • Ability to build trusted client relationships and understand business needs • Ability to collaborate across teams, share knowledge, and mentor others • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
