📋 Description

• Provide support to agents and service sub-agents • Process all applications, production reports and acreage reports • Answer correspondence, including email and phone calls • Provide agents with information and contacts needed to perform their jobs effectively • Collect and submit paperwork to complete Whole Farm policies • Follow up with insureds and the Whole Farm department • Stay current on Whole Farm processes and attend training • Audit applications, production reports, and schedules of insurance • Update client trackers and scan, name, and move documents into appropriate digital files • Enter 578 information into client CLU spreadsheets and update legal descriptions • Contact insureds regarding questions about 578 information and legal descriptions • Track claim payments and send them to clients • Assist service agents, SR ASR, and CSR departments with completed paperwork • Track agent errors and communicate them to the supervisor • Maintain regular, professional communication with AIP contacts, sales agents, and assistants

🎯 Requirements

• High school graduate. • Previous Crop Insurance experience preferred • P&C License within the first year of hire • PC proficient (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) • Required to attend a minimum of 90% of internal training • Required to clock in and out in the payroll system and log PTO for approval • Have any overtime hours preapproved by your supervisor • Submit completed paperwork in accordance with agency and/or office required timelines • Develop relationships, work alongside and maintain professionalism with all internal and external contacts.
