📋 Description

• Monitor the repair process for borrower losses using the loss draft module • Work in a call center environment • Verify insurance policy coverage • Verify client information • Determine whether losses are covered by insurance • Document all claim-related information in the loss draft module and, when applicable, the client’s servicing system • Ensure required paperwork is completed • Handle check deposits • Make outbound calls • Process claims completely

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED • Proficient in a Windows-based environment • Microsoft Office skills / MS Office Suite • Strong analytical skills • Customer service skills and aptitude • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills • Attention to detail • Ability to prioritize workflow and work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work well in a team environment • Adaptability and ability to work under pressure with tight timelines • Strong listening, analysis, and problem-solving skills • Attendance, quality, and production must meet or exceed PFI standards • Must be able to work 8:00–4:30 Central Time • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
