📋 Description

• Conduct thorough problem analysis regarding technical systems and application programs; document findings and propose problem resolution alternatives. • Develop and implement IT strategies that support company goals and enhance operational efficiency. • Lead, mentor, and manage IT teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple complex IT projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, goals and deliverables. • Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and best practices including security protocols. • Collaborate with network staff to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes. • Work at the highest level of all technical phases of programming; use creative thinking and accumulated knowledge and experience of others. • Design and develop manual and automated procedures to solve business opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Information Technology or related field; master’s degree preferred. • 5+ years experience in IT leadership and managing IT coding projects. • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. • Experience with the full life cycle of software development. • Experience with document management, vendor management, and website management. • Experience managing a team, with a track record of setting goals, delegating effectively, and developing team members' skills. • Excellent communication skills at all levels, teamwork, leadership, and independent motivation. • Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities. • Certification such as PMP, ITIL or similar are a plus.
