📋 Description

• Lead and manage consulting engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget • Conduct thorough assessments of client operations, identifying areas for improvement and growth • Develop and present tailored strategies and recommendations to clients • Facilitate stakeholder discussions • Mentor and develop junior consultants • Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor and main point of contact • Stay current on industry trends and best practices • Provide innovative and effective consulting solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field • 5-10 years of experience in consulting • Proven track record of successful project management • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
